Shipping policy

Order processing time:

Each order will be shipped within 5-7 days, except for holidays. If I'm on holiday, it will be visible on the website front page. If anything happens and I am unable to send an order within the stated timeframe, the customer will be informed. 

All orders will be shipped with Postnord. As soon as the package has been dispatched to Postnord, I (Niji) do not have any way to track the package. Any delays after the package has been dispatched lie with Postnord.

 

Domestic and international shipping:

Due to current laws from the U.S.A., I am unable to ship packages to the U.S.A. At the time, I do not offer tracked shipping or fast shipping - but hopefully it will be an option in the future.

Shipping usually takes 5-14 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the country's import regulations. There might be a busy period for the post office sometimes.

 

Local delivery: 

If you're attending any of the events shown on my schedule here, you can contact me through the email: niji.busisness@hotmail.com or through Instagram, and I can arrange a pick-up. 

 

Damaged delivery: 

If your order arrives damaged, please make sure to keep all evidence and take pictures of the damaged package and goods. Contact Postnord for compensation by searching for "Postnord damaged/lost/stolen package claim." - I'm (Niji) is not responsible for any packages after the order has been dispatched. 

 

Tax policy:

Sometimes, a tax fee for importing goods may be charged by your country on your order. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay this fee. Be sure to check for any related letters or documents if your package has not been delivered after a relatively long period.
